Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our ABA practice and deliver individualized therapy remotely in a part-time, contract role. You will collaborate with clients, families, and the clinical team to implement effective treatment plans and monitor progress through data-driven methods.

The role emphasizes high-quality, client-centered care with flexible scheduling and administrative support, allowing focus on clinical outcomes and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience providing ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.
