Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families. You will develop and implement ABA treatment plans, collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team, and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, overseeing evidence-based ABA services, and providing supervision to behavior technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Ability to develop and implement ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
