Job summary

San Francisco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Sales and Service Relationship Specialist for our Golden Gate Branch in San Francisco. You will engage members through digital and remote channels, generating leads and delivering tailored financial solutions.

As a bridge between sales and service, you will partner with Marketing and Business Development to convert leads, deepen relationships, and support the transition to a Virtual Banking model.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in banking, sales, or financial services (digital or branch).
• Proven success in outbound sales, lead conversion, and cross-selling.
• Experience as a personal banker, virtual banker, or relationship manager.
• Deep understanding of consumer lending, deposit products, and digital banking technology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for helping members achieve financial success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage new and existing members via outbound calls, email, and virtual consultations.
• Follow up on campaign leads, event contacts, and referrals with the Business Development Group.
• Build digital relationships to identify needs and present tailored product solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals in lending, deposits, and cross-sell.
• Manage pipeline in CRM; track conversion rates and own sales metrics.
• Engage dormant relationships and maturing loans.
• Act as trusted advisor via holistic financial consultations.
• Deliver high-touch experience across phone, video, chat, and email.
• Support digital onboarding and account openings.
