• Current valid Principal and Teacher license in Ohio.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related discipline.

• Collaborate with staff, parents, and students to improve attendance and engagement.
• Coordinate professional development for teachers and administer MTSS/RTI processes.
• Partner with HR to support talent management and recruitment.
