Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking a highly qualified Virtual Assistant Principal to lead culture, behavior, and academics in an online K-12 environment. The role partners with the Principal, teachers, parents, and students to foster academic excellence, accountability, and a supportive school climate.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, organizational skills, and a commitment to inclusive practices and restorative approaches.

Qualifications

Current valid Principal and Teacher license in Ohio.
Bachelor’s degree in education or related discipline.
Advanced degree in education/educational leadership strongly preferred.
Minimum seven years of experience in education or related field.
Two+ years of administrative leadership in a school setting.

Responsibilities

Lead cultural, behavioral, and academic excellence as a school leader.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and students to improve attendance and engagement.
Provide coaching and professional development in classroom management.
Coordinate MTSS/RTI processes with leadership teams.
Oversee career development programs and partnerships with external organizations.
