Job summary

USA SOLVENTUM US LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist focused on Acute Wound Healing, operating remotely in the Central Time Zone. You will conduct outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and qualify leads while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with the field team to achieve quotas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or higher with sales experience (or an Associate with more years), healthcare or inside sales background, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (2) years of sales experience OR Associate Degree AND (4) years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably healthcare or inside sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat with product information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain records in Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to hit targets.

Inside Sales Specialist Acute Wound Healing Specialist (Central Time Zone) - Remote

Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
• Responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and providing information about products or services.
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in Salesforce.com.
• Collaborating with the field sales team and other internal resources to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Demonstrating a proficient level of procedural, clinical, and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs.
• Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Close sales and achieve daily metrics and monthly quotas.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Responsibilities of this position include adhering to corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

The expected compensation range for this position is $72,800 - $100,100, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.

The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
