Solventum is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist Acute Wound Healing Specialist for a remote role in the Central Time Zone. You will conduct outbound calls, respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and close sales while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with field sales.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or higher with sales experience, preferably in healthcare, and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Associate Degree AND (4) years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales.

• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (2) years of sales experience. OR Associate Degree AND (4) years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Work Location & Travel

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

To ensure competitive pay and benefits, Solventum regularly benchmarks with other companies that are comparable in size and scope.

The expected compensation range for this position is $72,800 - $100,100, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.

The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
