What you'll do:

1. Diagnose and treat clients remotely via the HIPAA-compliant Talkspace platform.
2. Conduct sessions through video, audio, and live messaging.
3. Respond promptly to client messages weekly.
4. Complete clinical documentation post-session.
5. Maintain a caseload of at least 30 hours/week and 10 hours of admin/meetings.
6. Participate in regular team meetings.
7. Obtain additional state licensure as assigned.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

About you:

• Licensed to practice independently in Virginia (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Hold individual malpractice insurance and NPI number.

Compensation:

The salary range is $55,000 to $80,000, based on licensure, experience, and market conditions. Compensation is regularly reviewed, and adjustments may occur to attract top talent.
