Contract positions and fully remote with flexible hours. Work as much or as little as you want!

Responsibilities

1. Provide therapy and counseling services to dating, engaged, and married couples.
2. Provide therapy and counseling services to families.
3. Utilize evidence-based approaches and person-centered treatment consistent with mental health integration.
4. Provide culturally reflective services that are individualized to client needs, reflecting race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, sexuality, age, and gender.

Requirements

1. Must hold an advanced degree from an accredited institution in the mental health field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.).
2. Clinical supervision provided for those holding licensure (LGSW, LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LGPC) in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
3. 2+ years of post-licensure experience, with at least 1 year providing therapy.
4. Independent malpractice insurance policy.
5. Respect for client confidentiality.
6. Remote work with flexible hours.
7. Only scheduled appointments—no chat/text.
8. Focus on patient care; administrative work handled by us.
9. Complete caseload and active referral program.
10. Clinical supervision provided for graduate-level clinicians.
11. Support with credentialing with major insurance panels.
12. Startup environment focused on healthcare innovation and disrupting the status quo.

Education:

• Master's degree (Required)

License/Certification:

• Eligible to practice with supervision.
