Job description

To achieve this, we seek exceptionally passionate, bright, and motivated individuals. We are looking for a full-time, W2 Therapist (National Practice Provider) who is dedicated to reaching individuals in need of mental healthcare, especially those with limited access.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and enjoy the benefits of private practice without administrative burdens. Talkspace manages insurance billing, marketing, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus solely on providing impactful care.

What you'll do:

• Diagnose and treat clients remotely within your state(s) of licensure using our secure (HIPAA compliant) Talkspace platform.
• Conduct client sessions via video, audio, and live messaging services.
• Respond to asynchronous client messages weekly in a timely manner.
• Complete clinical documentation after each session.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 hours of clinical work per week, plus 10 hours of admin/meetings.
• Participate in regular meetings with your Team Lead.
• Obtain additional professional licensure in assigned states.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

About you:

• Licensed to practice independently without supervision in Virginia (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Hold individual malpractice liability insurance.
• Have an individual NPI number.
• Comfortable with online tools and technology.
• Reliable internet and a video-capable device.

Compensation:

We value transparency. The base salary ranges from $55,000 to $80,000, influenced by licensure, experience, and market conditions. Compensation is regularly reviewed and may adjust over time. Feedback on salary ranges is welcome here.
