To achieve this, we seek exceptionally passionate, bright, and motivated individuals. We are looking for a full-time, W2 Therapist (National Practice Provider) who is dedicated to reaching individuals in need of mental healthcare, especially those with limited access.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and enjoy the benefits of private practice without administrative burdens. Talkspace manages insurance billing, marketing, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus solely on providing impactful care.
We value transparency. The base salary ranges from $55,000 to $80,000, influenced by licensure, experience, and market conditions. Compensation is regularly reviewed and may adjust over time. Feedback on salary ranges is welcome here.
