Formación

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Travel to hearings, mediations, and court appearances; on-site signing 2/3 days.
• Negotiate settlements and move cases toward efficient resolution.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff to advance cases.
• Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines across multiple matters.
