Qualifications

• Active Virginia law license.
• Strong ability to analyze cases and negotiate settlements.

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.

Responsabilités

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• 2/3 days on-site, primarily signing.
• Negotiate settlements and move cases toward efficient resolution.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances in your assigned territory (travel expenses reimbursed).
• Partner with internal staff, clients, and opposing counsel to move cases forward professionally.
• Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines across multiple matters.
