Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced scientist to support downstream process development for viral vectors manufacturing. You will execute TFF, support Clarification, Nuclease Treatment, Filtration, and AEX chromatography, and help with column packing.

You will document parameters, manage project materials, and communicate findings to the team. A life sciences degree with 2+ years downstream experience or a related Master’s with 0-2 years is required, with GMP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences with 2+ years downstream experience; Master's with 0–2 years acceptable.
Hands-on experience in purification of proteins or biologics.
Broad knowledge in chromatography techniques and purification process development.
Ability to document work accurately in notebooks, protocols, reports and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

Execute Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) operations, including setup, processing, monitoring, and documentation.
Support downstream processing activities: Clarification, Nuclease Treatment, Filtration and AKTA-based chromatography.
Perform and support column packing activities.
Capture, maintain, and document process parameters and analytical data in the Master Data File.
Assist with inventory management and procurement of project supplies.
Record and analyze experimental data, verify data integrity and accuracy.
Report and summarize findings to the project team.
Write technical documents and main work records in electronic notebooks.
