The role requires 10+ years in luxury travel, strong leadership, and a proven ability to design tailored itineraries while coordinating with premium vendors. Remote-friendly, 40 hours/week, 12+ month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of luxury travel experience preferred.
• Proven experience designing and selling tailor-made or bespoke itineraries.
• Experience with small-group and private travel.
• Strong global travel destination knowledge.
• Experience working with discerning or high-profile clientele.
• 5+ years of team management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Strong sales, relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
• Professional demeanor, maturity, and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and create customized small-group and private travel experiences.
• Source luxury homes, accommodations, experiences, and travel services.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Concierge Specialists.
• Build trusted relationships with VIP guests and understand their personal travel preferences.
• Create bespoke itineraries aligned with guest expectations and company goals.
• Manage trip arrangements from initial inquiry through booking, travel, and post-trip follow-up.
• Coordinate with guests, travel coordinators, luxury homeowners, realtors, and travel suppliers.
• Provide personalized, discreet, and confidential guest services.
• Handle last-minute changes, travel issues, and emergencies.
• Establish relationships with luxury travel and experience vendors.
• Negotiate favourable rates, services, and amenities while maintaining guest budgets.
• Meet or exceed sales and service performance goals.
