Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Reno, NV is seeking a part-time VIP Transportation Agent to provide prompt, professional transportation for our high-level guests. You will operate company vehicles safely and maintain a polished appearance.

You will review upcoming runs, communicate with Bell Desk, assist guests with directions and luggage, and help create a positive, exclusive guest experience. A valid driver’s license, Gaming Control Board license, Alcohol Awareness Card, and 21+ age are

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or college degree preferred.
• Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board and a valid Alcohol Awareness Card
• Must be able to maintain a valid driver license.
• Must be able to work as part of a team to accomplish goals
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Review and plan all upcoming transportation runs.
• Operate vehicles in a safe, professional manner.
• Communicate with Bell Desk/Bell Captain throughout shift.
• Assist all hotel guests by providing information about events, directions, etc.
• Assist VIP guests with luggage
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of VIP Company vehicles.
