Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a motivated VIP Experience Production Crew member to ensure on-site execution of VIP design elements. You will perform load-in and load-out, install custom environments, and support both the VIP Decor and Lighting teams, reporting to the VIP Production Manager and collaborating with the Art Director.

The role requires carpentry and painting tasks, safe operation of tools and equipment, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years art department and/or carpentry experience.
• Festival and/or film production experience is strongly preferred.
• Must possess tool kit including basic hand and power tools.
• Must possess valid and current driver license and U.S. passport.
• Must possess valid and current credit card for hotel incidentals.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, etc.
• Must be highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform load-in (installation) and load-out of design elements and props.
• Install and assemble VIP environments following drawings.
• Assist with 3rd party vendor operations as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Communicate project updates to crew leads and management.
• Handle various stage equipment and perform repairs or adjustments as needed.
