Job summary

DraftKings, a regulated digital sports entertainment and gaming company, is seeking a VIP Service Representative to deepen loyalty with our most valuable players. You will manage day-to-day VIP strategies, share promotions, and tailor experiences that strengthen brand connection while ensuring compliance with gaming policies.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will build trusted relationships, analyze data trends, participate in events, and help allocate promotional budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make quick and confident decisions.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licens(es).

As a VIP Service Representative

You’ll provide the best-in-class services to our most valuable customers and share the latest promotions and personalized offers. In this role, you’ll execute the day-to-day strategy of our industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand the true needs of our players and foster long-term loyalty.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
