DraftKings Inc. is seeking a VIP Service Representative to strengthen relationships with our top players and drive loyalty through personalized offers and events.

You will manage daily VIP engagement, execute promotional strategies, and ensure adherence to responsible gaming policies while collaborating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make quick decisions.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming License.

As a VIP Service Representative, you’ll provide the best-in-class services to our most valuable customers and share the latest promotions and personalized offers. In this role, you’ll execute the day-to-day strategy of our industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand the true needs of our players and foster long-term loyalty.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
