Job summary

DraftKings Inc. is seeking a VIP Service Representative to build strong relationships with our most valuable players and drive loyalty through personalized offers and promotions.

You will execute the day-to-day strategy of our VIP engagement program, understanding player needs and delivering exceptional service. The role requires at least 1 year in sales or account management, comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.

As a VIP Service Representative, you'll provide the best-in-class services to our most valuable customers and share the latest promotions and personalized offers. In this role, you'll execute the day-to-day strategy of our industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand the true needs of our players and foster long-term loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships while identifying opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
• Participate in customer events to elevate our brand and increase customer engagement.
• Effectively distribute an allotted promotional budget amongst our VIP players.
• Proactively champion best-in-class customer experiences.
• Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
