Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, and/or gaming.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board.

Responsibilities

• Increase rated play and drive incremental trips and revenue from VIP players.
• Build and maintain relationships with coded players.
• Manage communication with VIP players regarding services and inquiries.
• Ensure a quality gaming experience through personal services.
• Work special events servicing VIP players.

Skills
