Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager with follow-up from the sales team on lender updates and marketing plans.
• Update and distribute price and feature sheets; manage live MLS listings.
• Coordinate shop appointments and field visits as directed by Sales Manager.
• Maintain sales files, OneNote, and sales phone list; track attendance and vacations.
• Support marketing with meeting logistics and event setup.
• Deliver supplies and assist with special projects as assigned.
