Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 6 months to 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and email. This role requires meticulous organization and the ability to work with sales teams, lenders, and VIP realtors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager with follow up from sales team on outside lender updates and marketing plans.
• Update price and feature sheets, and manage live MLS listings.
• Schedule interviews for Sales Manager and coordinate shops as directed.
• Maintain sales files and OneNote; manage VIP Realtor program and outreach.
• Prepare quarterly sales awards and track attendance at sales meetings.
• Deliver supplies and assist with sales meetings and event setup.
