D.R. Horton is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales management by coordinating all aspects of the sales process, including reporting, MLS listings, and lender communication.

The role requires strong organization, teamwork, and effective communication within a fast-paced environment. You will assist with marketing plans, track leads, coordinate schedules, and help manage VIP realtor outreach and sales events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time with competing deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager with follow up from sales team on outside lender updates and contingency buyer updates.
• Update and distribute price and feature sheets.
• Manage live MLS listings for price changes and status updates.
