Job summary

The Guest Experience & Protocol Host will be the first face guests meet at the USA Pavilion's F&B and hospitality spaces, greeting warmly, seating guests, and managing flow during Expo peak periods. Based in Belgrade, Serbia, this role supports VIP and protocol reception with poise.

They coordinate with management, security and protocol partners, assist reservations and guest lists, and hand over smoothly to servers while maintaining discretion with high-profile guests.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest-relations experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in a host or reception role.
• Experience hosting or greeting guests.
• VIP or events experience advantageous.
• US citizenship or eligibility for role is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage seating and flow during Expo peaks.
• Direct VIP guests and officials per protocol and etiquette.
• Coordinate with security and management for VIP arrivals.
• Assist reservations and guest List management; hand over to servers.
• Represent the USA Pavilion with discretion and professionalism.
