Job summary

TGP International in Belgrade invites applications for a Guest Experience & Protocol Host at the USA Pavilion during World Expo 2027. You will be the first face guests meet at the F&B and hospitality spaces, greeting warmly and directing seating and flow, including VIP delegations, with protocol awareness.

This fixed-term contract lasts four months. The role requires strong English, discretion, and experience in guest relations or reception, with the ability to manage crowds at high-footfall

Qualifications

• Warm, confident, front-facing personality with excellent communication.
• Experience hosting, greeting or in guest-relations/reception roles.
• Ability to manage crowds and queues in high-footfall environments.
• Discretion and poise for VIP reception.
• Strong English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating and guest flow during Expo peak periods.
• Welcome and direct VIP guests, delegations and officials per protocol.
• Coordinate with management, security and protocol partners on VIP arrivals.
• Support reservations, event check-in and guest-list management as needed.
• Maintain composure and presentation during long hours and high-volume periods.
