TGP International is seeking an F&B Assistant Manager to lead the USA Pavilion floor during World Expo 2027. You will supervise the front-of-house and bar teams, run shifts, and serve as the on-the-ground lead for VIP and protocol service under management direction.

Responsibilities include managing service flow, coaching staff, and ensuring cleanliness and stock control. This is a fixed-term contract with a focus on high-profile events and impeccable standards.

Formación

• Experience supervising servers, bartenders and hosts.
• Proven ability to run a busy floor under pressure.
• Certified in responsible service and food hygiene.

Responsabilidades

• Run shifts end-to-end including opening/closing and staff deployment.
• Act as duty manager on shift, resolving issues and escalating as needed.
• Deliver F&B service for VIP and protocol events with discretion.
• Oversee cleanliness, stock, cash, POS and compliance.
