Job summary

Hard Rock Digital in Florida is seeking a Director - VIP Player Development to attract, retain, and engage high-value players on the Hard Rock Bet platform, delivering personalized experiences and tailored incentives to boost revenue and loyalty.

You will build a pipeline of VIP prospects, exceed sales targets, mentor teammates, and maintain relationships with top clients, while travel and events are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of exceeding revenue targets in a VIP role with a major sports betting company.
• Experience within sports betting is required.
• Must be able to pivot on demand and have creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage with, and onboard new potential VIP level players.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new potential VIPs through digital and in-person networking.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective execution of department initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value prospects, showcasing the company's value proposition and tailored solutions.
• Assist in establishing new, creative acquisition initiatives.
• Mentor and help train less-senior members of the team.
