Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests via Salesforce cases to successful outcome.
• Monitor retention and WIP to ensure timely customer needs.
• Train and support product knowledge for new customers.
• Coordinate with Account Executive and GM to meet customer needs.
• Answer calls, respond to questions, handle technical concerns, and conduct follow-ups.
• Prioritize and solve complex customer issues.
• Resolve first-level issues efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in VIP partner calls to identify opportunities.
• Modify jobs to customer specifications as needed.
• Liaise between lab, VIP customers and internal labs.
• Participate in onsite account visits.
• Provide account reporting to management.
• Perform other duties within the department as assigned.
