Job summary

The Global Ambassador is seeking a dynamic Membership Coordinator to elevate VIP guest experiences in Phoenix. You will manage member communications, curate personalized itineraries, and coordinate across departments to deliver seamless on-property experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience serving VIP clientele in a luxury hotel
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Knowledge of Opera, Book4Time and OpenTable is a plus
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main point of contact in evening hours
• Be on-call weekend/evening manager for coordinators
• Maintain visibility on property during major events
• Mentor membership coordinators
• Manage member text line and respond promptly
• Make spa, fitness, dining, and hotel reservations for members
• Collaborate with dining team for seamless on-property experiences
• Secure last-minute lobby bar tables and reservations for members
• Attend restaurant pre-shifts and prep member tables accordingly
• Record member preferences and communicate with the team
• Build relationships with local restaurants for exclusive access
• Uphold security protocols in collaboration with Director of Security
• Provide monthly engagement reports to Director of Membership
• Monitor reviews and shift notes to improve member experiences
• Maintain records in MemberResource Center and prepare weekend reports
• Track member experiences to minimize recovery actions
• Represent the club at events including Morgan Athletic Club game days
• Maintain notes in Peoplevine, Opera and OpenTable
• Oversee complimentary cabana and hotel tracking
• Evolve the engagement program to create WOW moments
• Handle pre-arrival preferences and curate customized itineraries
• Research member preferences to personalize stays
• Document billing, discounts and requests in reservation notes
• Coordinate amenities and personalized notes across departments
• Assist with membership administration and event coordination
• Ensure on-property celebrations are personalized and well communicated
• Manage lost and found for members
• Assist Director of Membership with other tasks as directed
