Job summary

Aramark Corporation, a premier hospitality and dining provider, seeks a Luxury Dining Manager to lead front-of-house operations across dining rooms, bars, and private events. You will mentor hosts, servers, and captains, uphold luxury standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences for discerning members.

A strong hospitality background and leadership are essential. The role emphasizes teamwork with culinary staff, budget awareness, and strategic event execution within an exclusive club

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, private clubs, or premium venues.
• Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in front-of-house.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver elevated guest experiences and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members including hosts, servers, bartenders, captains, and support staff.
• Foster a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and briefings to communicate priorities and VIP arrivals.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance with ongoing coaching and development.
• Ensure adherence to luxury service standards, grooming, and procedures.
• Promote collaboration between front-of-house and culinary teams.
• Deliver exceptional service experiences for VIP members, guests, and events.
• Support revenue and profitability goals through effective budgeting and scheduling.
• Monitor service flow and labor to maintain high service levels.
• Direct daily operations for dining, bar, and special events; ensure seamless VIP execution.
• Train staff on fine dining service, wine knowledge, and guest engagement.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies and regs.
• Partner with leadership to evolve club dining and hospitality offerings.
