You will supervise staff, uphold safety and sanitation standards, manage P&L, and collaborate with clients to deliver on service commitments while applying Aramark's coaching model for team development.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Experience managing dining/service operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport for mutual benefit.
• Ability to apply Aramark's standard service model to interactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the dining operation front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Engage and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met across operations.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress on operational goals.
• Manage P&L and deliver client and company financial targets.
• Drive productivity through efficient operations and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety, wage/hour policies and regulations.
