Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Premium Lounge Host Supervisor to oversee guest experiences in the lounge in coordination with the Ancillary Manager. You will lead lounge staff, ensure elevated service, manage credentials, and coordinate with venue partners to deliver seamless event experiences.

You bring 1+ years of customer service or hospitality, strong leadership, and outstanding communication. This role requires daytime and evening availability on event days at our Philadelphia

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or hospitality.
• VIP client and high-profile experience is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
• On-site knowledge of venue products and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lounge operations, staff supervision, and guest engagement.
• Coordinate with Ancillary Manager on pre- and post-event tasks.
• Escalate and resolve lounge/venue inquiries to ensure an elevated experience.
• Supervise safety and security within lounge and access areas.
• Provide real-time guidance to maintain a polished lounge environment.
