Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration, desktop support, or enterprise IT support.
• 3+ years supporting executives or VIP users in a corporate setting.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux in business environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD identity concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-service skills.
• Able to work with senior leaders and secure, discretion in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting employees across multiple locations.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for endpoint and user systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Deliver white-glove support for executive users and VIPs.
• Support conference room and meeting tech for high-visibility events.
• Manage user accounts and access controls via AD/AAD.
• Support endpoint management and security controls.
• Maintain asset records and software licensing with ITSM tools.
• Respond to service requests and incidents, escalate as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams.
