Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Deployed Support Specialist to provide VIP technical support within a DoD network environment, on-site in Quantico, VA. You will lead hardware/software deployment efforts and serve as the on-site resource for end-user support across the enterprise.

The role requires 3+ years in desktop or deployment support, experience with imaging and device support, and an active Secret clearance plus IAT II certification. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop or deployment support experience.
• Experience with hardware deployment, imaging, and end-user device support.
• Active Secret clearance and IAT II certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide VIP/white-glove technical support for end users across the network.
• Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Serve as the primary on-site resource for technology deployment initiatives and end-user support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to OS, applications, and connectivity.
• Coordinate with enterprise IT teams to rollout hardware and software solutions.
