Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Charlotte seeks a VIP Host to deliver premium hospitality in our lounge and event spaces. You will recognize VIP guests, guide guests through the lounge and show experiences, and coordinate with bar and service teams to ensure a flawless experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in high-end hospitality. Flexibility in schedule and professional demeanor are essential to thrive in a fast-paced live-entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, problem solving.
• Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Must have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and accord appropriate recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs.
• Serve as a resource of information for guests regarding lounges and music areas.
• Assist guests with timing of supporting and headliner acts.
• Provide assistance to all positions and communicate effectively to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain contact with Manager, Bar Staff, and Server about guest arrivals.
• Observe lounge area to uphold ambiance of the seating sections.
• Demonstrate articulate vocabulary and social adaptability with diverse audiences.
• Present a professional appearance at all times.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and deliver superior service.

THE ROLE US Concerts is seeking a VIP Host to drive a premium hospitality experience

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Giving proper recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their patronage
• Serving as a resource of information for all Guests regarding their experience within both the lounges and music areas
• Assisting guests regarding the timing of the supporting acts and headliner acts
• Providing assistance to all positions and communicating effectively with others to enhance guest experience
• Maintaining contact with Manager, Bar Staff, and Server regarding the arrival of all guests
• Constant observation of lounge area, upholding the ambiance of the lounge or seating section
• Exhibiting articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with audience
• Presenting exemplary and professional appearance
• Anticipating guests’ needs and providing superior service

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
