Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a VIP Host to forge and cultivate relationships with our most engaged customers and to execute the day-to-day strategy of our industry-leading VIP engagement program. You will understand the true needs of our customers and deliver a world-class experience that drives brand advocacy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68,000.00 USD - 85,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses as well as required financial licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic, and trusted customers relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new promotions to customers.
• Compile customer feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities.
• Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible trading policies.
