Job summary

Ilani is seeking a Casino Host to develop relationships with VIP guests and generate incremental revenue through personalized, high-touch service. The role requires strong hospitality and sales skills, with experience in a high-volume environment and the ability to host exclusive events for preferred guests.

You will manage a guest book of about 400 VIPs, coordinate events, and work to exceed personal revenue targets while adhering to gaming regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of hospitality experience, or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build loyalty with guests.
• Ability to handle confidential information and follow gaming regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with VIP guests and identify high-value prospects.
• Manage a book of guests, monitor activity, and optimize profitability.
• Host events (dinners, shows, golf, etc.) for preferred guests.
• Provide personalized service and compliments based on guest play.
• Meet revenue targets and contribute to marketing efforts through outreach.
• Be flexible with shifts, including holidays, and work on-site at the Ilani casino.
