Qualifications

• Associate degree with hospitality experience or casino host experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality/customer service environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls helpful.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service for preferred guests, addressing needs outside regular hours.
• Identify and develop high-value guests and build loyalty through personalized service.
• Manage a book of approximately 400 VIP guests using available technology and BI tools.
• Organize and host events for preferred guests to drive engagement and revenue.
• Meet and greet preferred guests on property and support marketing efforts with outreach.
