DO & CO in Austin, Texas, is seeking a logistics associate to support VIP hospitality operations for the Formula 1 event. You will handle stock, packing, and on-site warehouse tasks to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proactive and self-organized.
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
• Able to drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack.
• Hands-on approach and ability to react with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking and filling orders from stock, packing and organizing orders and ensuring accuracy in deliveries.
• Manage and receive all airlines local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered match invoices.
• Paperwork for Equipment and Beverage packing per company guidelines.
• Manage monthly inventories and monitor stock levels; request cabin load and inform changes.
• Maintain a data base of procedures for exports, cargo pickups, and US Customs info.
• Maintenance of clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Follow company guidelines regarding storage and warehousing.
