Job summary

DO & CO AG in Austin, Texas, is seeking a reliable logistics coordinator/warehouse associate to receive, stock, and fulfill orders for VIP hospitality events around Formula 1.

You will manage inventories, forklifts, and coordination with airlines local purchasing, while maintaining safe, accurate packing and paperwork per guidelines. This role offers growth within a global hospitality team and exposure to iconic events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics or supply chain.
• 1–2 years logistics/warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking and filling orders from stock, packing and organizing deliveries.
• Manage and receive all airlines local purchasing deliveries and ensure items matching invoices and delivery orders.
• Paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing is according to company guidelines.
• Manage monthly inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels.
• Keep and maintain a data base regarding all kind of procedures from export of material returns, cargo pick-ups or U.S. Customs information.
• In addition to the essential functions, may perform a combination of the following supportive functions as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Follow all company guidelines regarding storage and warehousing.
