Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a logistics/warehouse professional in Austin to receive, process, and stock materials for VIP hospitality operations during Formula 1 events. You will manage deliveries, prepare paperwork, and maintain inventories in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The role requires forklift operation capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work varying shifts. Prior logistics experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of work experience in logistics/warehouse.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to drive a forklift and operate pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking and packing orders, ensuring accuracy and proper delivery.
• Managing airline local purchasing deliveries and matching with invoices.
• Paperwork for equipment and beverage packing per guidelines.
• Maintaining monthly inventories and monitoring stock levels.
• Keeping a database of procedures for exports, cargo pickups, or U.S. Customs info.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Following all storage and warehousing guidelines.
