• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in guest‑focused environments (hospitality, retail, events).
• Experience with tours, VIP services, and premium guest experiences is preferred.
• Supervisory or lead experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours for VIP guests and special groups with storytelling.
• Serve as primary host and point of contact for VIP team members.
• Prepare for VIP visits by reviewing bookings, guest details, and requests.
• Coordinate with ticketing, guest experience, cafe, photo operations, and retail to prevent friction.
• Train team members on VIP service standards and policy basics.
