Job summary

Gordon Ramsay Burger Chicago is seeking an energetic Host to greet guests, manage seating and reservations, and be the friendly face that starts every guest experience. You’ll balance guest flow, answer inquiries with clarity, and support the service team in a fast-paced environment in River North.

Ideal candidates bring a warm, engaging personality, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a teamwork mindset. Prior host or guest-facing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and create a memorable first impression.
• Manage waitlists, reservations, and guest flow to optimize seating and ensure a smooth service.
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries in a clear and professional manner.
• Operate the host stand and reservation systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the service team in maintaining an upbeat, guest-first atmosphere.
