Job summary

Focus on the Family in Colorado Springs seeks a Guest Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for 150+ radio and podcast guests annually. You will manage scheduling, communications, hospitality, travel, itineraries, VIP planning, and post-recording follow-up, while supporting the VP, Audio with calendar management and travel planning.

This role requires strong hospitality orientation, exceptional interpersonal skills, and discretion.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in executive administration, hospitality, or guest relations.
• Experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
• Understanding of Focus on the Family mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest scheduling and itineraries for 150+ guests annually.
• Provide executive administrative support to the VP, Audio.
• Arrange hotels, travel, and VIP logistics.
• Process reimbursements, expenses, and close-out activities.
• Maintain guest files and VIP Registry.
• Support recording-day operations and on-campus hosting.
