ASM Global seeks a hospitality-focused team member for high-volume event operations. You will anticipate guest needs, relay artist orders to the kitchen and bar, and ensure accurate, timely service.

Maintain sanitation, safety, and dressing room readiness to meet rider specifications during shows and concerts. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years’ experience, strong guest relations, and knowledge of wine and liquor.

Formación

• 2–5 years of high-volume restaurant operations experience.
• Skill in guest relations.
• Wine & liquor knowledge.
• Must have transportation to retrieve artist requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs and concerns with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take menu, beverage and bar orders from artists and communicate to kitchen/bar via micros terminal.
• Check orders for accuracy and proper presentation, meeting special requests.
• Deliver food and beverages to artists and maintain service flow.
• Perform opening/running/closing duties per HOB policy.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards throughout service.
