Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Foundation Room Host for its Downtown Cleveland venue. This part-time, nights-and-weekends role greets guests, guides them to tables, manages waitlists, and ensures smooth service in the Foundation Room.

You will work closely with venue staff to maintain safety standards, verify IDs for alcohol service, and promote upcoming shows and experiences. The position requires strong guest relations, reliability, and a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• US work authorization is required.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Teamwork in a high-volume environment.
• Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Alcohol awareness training or equivalent will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide venue information.
• Assist guests to tables and manage waitlists.
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Follow opening, running, closing procedures and liaise with manager on duty.
• Adhere to all House of Blues policies and alcohol rules.
• Request proper IDs for alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels.
• Market current shows and events to guests.
• Utilize reservation/wait system and control guest flow.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle tickets, wristbands, box passes per event.
• Maintain Foundation Room membership and access lists.
