Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee premium operations in VIP clubs and suites during game days.
• Lead and motivate servers, bartenders, suite attendants, and runners.
• Serve as primary contact for VIP guests, handling requests discreetly.
• Ensure food and beverage presentation meets premium standards.
• Coordinate pre-event setup, stocking, and equipment checks.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol laws and safety policies.
• Oversee post-event wrap-up and inventory reporting.
