Qualifications

• 1 year of iGaming VIP experience is required.
• 2 years of operation/customer service management in iGaming or 3 years of guest contact in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive player retention and revenue through outbound communication (phone, email, SMS).
• Maintain engagement with active VIPs and reactivate lapsed accounts.
• Upsell promotions, new games, and site features during interactions.
• Provide account information toSenior team members to drive value growth.
• Coordinate exclusive events and hospitality for VIPs.
