Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks Executive Communications Administrators to support US Space Command J6. You will provide advanced IT support to priority executives, manage tickets, and coordinate responses to incidents to maintain continuity of operations.

An active TS/SCI clearance is required. The role is on-site in Colorado Springs with competitive benefits and a salary range of $80,000–$100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• BS degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
• Over four years of relevant technical experience
• Required Security+ certification
• Desired Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP certifications
• TS/SCI clearance required

Responsibilities

• Staff the dedicated USSPACECOM telephone line as first point of contact for priority customers
• Act as the first point of contact for identified priority user issues including account creation, access remediation, and resolution
• Manage priority USSPACECOM customer service response times based on government guidelines
• Support VIP/Executive Staff site visits and surge IT service, Service Desk, and VTC support during USSPACECOM Tier 1 exercises
• Operate, maintain, and provide input to HQ USSPACECOM IT facilities, hardware and software
