Qualifications

• Two to four years in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering setting.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized and work under pressure.
• Must be punctual, dependable and able to read/write English.
• Knowledge of alcohol policies and guest safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises stand workers in the VIP area and coordinates setup/closing procedures.
• Manages inventory, paperwork, and ensures clean, stocked work stations.
• Enforces alcohol policies and safety guidelines across shifts.
• Interacts with guests and staff to ensure superior service and satisfaction.
• Input daily event sheets, post reports, and collaborate with customer service.
